Holiday Greetings for Less

During the holiday season, there is a special shelf in my living room where I place all the Christmas cards that I receive. The items slowly accumulate, adding a lively and personal touch to our festive home.

This season, I had the privilege of helping two clients create holiday greeting cards this year. Both were looking to reach a long list of family and friends without overspending. While a custom design was not cheap, I used my connections to find deeply discounted printing services that more than made up for my design fee and even extra photo touch-up.

My holiday greeting services included addressed envelopes complete with  Christmas postage stamps.

Better Tools

Churches don’t have a lot of resources to spend on branding, so when Richmond Hill UMC wanted to reach new residents in their area, they turned to Touchable Design. After looking at their current materials and processes, a plan was developed, and we got to work. The result is an arsenal of simple tools for the staff to deploy as needed. A branding guide was created and implemented across the website, brochures were printed, and the church even got new photos of their campus (Thank you Jeremy Wilburn!) After we finish the final stage of the plan—social media—the team at Richmond Hill UMC will be able to quickly and efficiently communicate all the great things they are doing in their community.

Barr Law over the years

I don’t have many clients that have been with me longer than Barr Law. (It helps that the owners are related to me.) What an honor to design each of their billboards over the years as they have grown! This year, as their newest billboards deploy, take a look at the company’s branding story as told by a decade of billboard design.
